Residential Letting Service

We rent properties throughout Northern Ireland and we excel at obtaining the maximum possible rent for a landlord. We provide a free valuation survey and we do not charge a marketing or registration fee.

We pride ourselves on carrying out a very professional and efficient service at a very reasonable price.

We carry out viewings 7 days per week, from 8am to 8pm. Once a possible tenant has been sought, we ask them to complete an application form and we proceed with reference checks.

We can also carry out a credit search on a tenant at cost price. Once the references have been verified, a tenancy agreement and Rent Book are completed; deposit taken and the tenant can move into the property.
